The set of light, medium, and heavy resistance bands is super helpful because for moves like glute bridges, the heavy band is perfect, but when wanting to get more mobility in the move, the light band is great. Take out and smash with fork, mixing it together. On the stove top, place 2 cups of steamed tuscan kale, roasted tomato mixture, and 1/4 cup canned coconut milk on medium heat. Season sauce with minced garlic, italian seasoning, pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Use 1 tbs corn starch to thicken if desired. chicken: season chicken breast with olive oil, seasoned pepper, and “kick’in chicken” seasoning and cook at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. our side: lettuce/arugula salad with bell peppers, cucumbers, homemade croutons and balsamic vinaigrette. how to make homemade croutons: slice your choice of bread into cubes (I used sourdough), and place in bowl. Add in 1 tbs melted plant butter (or regular butter), minced garlic, salt and seasoned pepper. Air-fry at 400 degrees for 2-3 minutes.</image:caption>

I typically do about 4 jars at a time so I can have breakfast for nearly the entire week. In my experience, you don’t have to worry about it going “bad” in the fridge throughout that duration of time.
