Truly, I believe preconception health is important as soon as you get a cycle because you are supporting overall health by doing so. However, I would recommend at least 6-months prior to your desired timeline.

This is entirely dependent on you, your lifestyle and most importantly the plan God has for you! I am not able to guarantee conception, but will do everything I can to prepare your body well for when it does happen.

I always want to see “big picture” via blood work and mineral testing before recommending a prenatal. This is specific to you in even seeing if you need one or if food is the best form of support.

I am here to guide and support you the best I can and believe in the power of food, lifestyle and mindset to heal and correct imbalances that might be occurring for you. However, please note that am not an expert when it comes to infertility or difficulties around conception.

My ideal timeframe with each client is 3-months of more intense work (45-minute sessions 2x per month), followed by 3 months of guided support (45-minute session 1x per month). Please plan for this if you want to work together outside of the “core package”.

I have my bachelors of science degree in health & fitness studies with a minor in psychology. In addition to this, I have completed my Integrative Health Practitioner, Master’s of Blood Chem, and HTMA Professional certifications.
I spent years preparing my own body for pregnancy after period-loss and since then had my son, Oliver.
I have been a practicing practitioner in the world of women’s health for over 4-years.
